BREAKFASTS WITH DIRECTORS: TOP LEVEL INFORMATION

In 2008 Sartia launched among its corporate activities the Directors’ Breakfasts. These meetings are assisted by well-known speakers from the fashion retail sector.

Among them stand out the Breakfast with Jesús Echevarría, Communications Director of   Inditex, the Breakfast given by Julián Imaz, Founder of Friday’s Project, and the one conducted by the coacher Philip W. Daus, Senior Consulter and recognized as an expert on matters of pricing from Simon Kucher. All three offered extensive information on the development and expansion experiences of their brands and advantages on the field of sale.

These Breakfasts are a reference to updating and exchanging information between directors and managers of the retail sector. Also they have benefited from the assistance and participation of the most prestigious brands’ representatives. This activity has positioned Sartia as a differentiated, high valued focused debater.

HR BREAKFASTS WITH THE COLLABORATION OF PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS: A PIONEER INITIATIVE WITH THE SIGNATURE OF SARTIA

Sartia has opted for a new initiative based on Breakfast work meetings with Human Resources Directors. The purpose of these forums is to conduct informative sessions that will allow them to exchange knowledge and share their professional experience.

Also worth mentioning is the Breakfast hosted by Beti Sapiña, former director of the Pepe Jeans department, with twenty years of HR experience, and the Breakfast given by Sartia regular collaborator Juan José Cantero, Director of Security and Theft Prevention at the point of sale. These breakfasts have had a successful respond, and will continue in the future as a well-established activity of Sartia.

SARTIA PARTICIPATES IN SIMM, MADRID FASHION WEEK

Sartia was presented at the last edition of the International Fashion Week in Madrid (SIMM), a professional appointment with the international apparel industry. In this context, the retail training school, ACOTEX y ASECOM organized a Seminar on Coolhunting by the trainer Pagoa Larena, specialized in styling and fashion trends.

The pace of change is so high that there is almost no time to assimilate a trend before it is already out of the market. The aim of this session was to analyze future trends as well as provide information and advice to orient the purchase of product. This Seminar was directed to merchants, manufacturers, fashion designers or design schools, among others.

The SIMM fashion week is the most important nationally; it gathered 380 companies and over 600 fashion brands. It embraces exhibitors, fashion shows and parallel activities such as the trend forum, seminars, speaker’s corner, etc.

SARTIA MAKES THE LEAP TO THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET

Sartia and its e-learning digital platform, pioneer in the retail sector, will reach the teams of the renowned designer Javier Simorra in China, UAE and Italy. The project is integrated to the expansion plan the firm has for the next coming years.

Sartia opts for a digital manual or welcome book that allows you to get to know the history and philosophy of the brand, as well as looks into the specialized trade topics, such as Textile, Merchandising, Sales Techniques, Personal Image or Sales Protocol, among others.

This training, which does not require an in-person session, saves time and resources to the company. It also minimizes the geographical dispersion and balances contents for all employees. To this we must add the customization of the training modules, which provides the platform an incalculable corporate value.





SIX YEARS OF SUCCESSFUL TRAININGS IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY

Sartia was founded in 2004 as the first training academy for the retail industry teams, and since then has trained more than 12,000 people, both students for the employment bureau that manages the school itself, and active employees.

The company has a team of 8 people and 10 top level freelance trainers. Its principal activities are the training of retail employees at different levels (shop assistants, managers, directors, etc) through specialized coaching, in-person courses, in-company courses, manuals and the latest advance, the new e-learning platform. Always customizes according to the request of each brand.
