Applying for Admission
Applying for admission at ºÚÁÏapp | North Central is quick and easy. Below are a few notes to consider before you apply.
- Students apply for Pre-nursing, Pre-respiratory Care and Practical Nursing require students to provide a TEAS test score before the application is evaluated. Please fill out the application and find information on TEAS test dates at our Testing Center.
- Students who have completed all or a majority of the pre-requisite courses for one of the selective programs will need to fill out the college application and also fill out the program specific application at the bottom of this page. Selective programs include: Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing and Respiratory Care.
Applicants will be notified in an email of their acceptance into the College. Students will not be eligible to register for classes until they have completed the admissions process and are admitted to their program. ºÚÁÏapp | North Central is a first come, first admitted institution (with the exception of Nursing). Students are encouraged to get all required admissions materials submitted as soon as possible to secure a spot in their desired program of study.
Students who have completed a class at ºÚÁÏapp | North Central, ºÚÁÏapp | Northwest or Fort ºÚÁÏapp State University need to use the applications below:

Additional Information for Nursing and Respiratory Care Students:
Nursing and Respiratory Care at ºÚÁÏapp | North Central are competitive application processes. Students who have completed the pre-requisite courses as listed on the program website, or believe that they will have them completed by Fall 2025 are eligible to complete the program application below. Students who have completed the college application (not necessary if you are a current ºÚÁÏapp | North Central student), the program application, and provided all documentation requested and official transcripts, will be considered for the programs.
If you are needing to take the pre-requisite courses for the nursing or respiratory care program, you only need to fill out the college application above and indicate your program of interest as pre-nursing or pre-respiratory care.
